Community Access approached us in 2017 to help them design a new office space for their move from 2 Washington Street to 17 Battery Place. The new 18,000 SF space at the southern tip of Manhattan was designed to accommodate a more open workspace with shared meeting and conference facilities for the 120+person staff. After taking the design through schematics, we were engaged as project managers to represent our clients' interests by overseeing the final design and construction and to help coordinate the move. The new space was finished and move-in was completed over the Summer.
