Exterior construction of 120 Liberty, one of three buildings of our Brownsville Crossing project is coming to completion. Masonry has been installed, featuring a brick pattern that can be seen along the windows.
Steel framing is being placed around the window and door openings. Steel farming studs have been placed and insulation is being placed. The building is being progressing towrds the next steps of interior finishing.
June 10, 2024:
Shoring and excavation has begun at 609 Osborn, one of three buildings under construction as part of our Brownsville Crossing project.
Remnant walls were discovered below grade that will need to be removed. Foundations can then begin for the new building, hopefully within a month.
