The exterior construction at 47 New Lots Ave has been completed, with all windows and doors fully installed. Interior construction and furnishing are still in process.

We have finished the installation of our mechanical systems and other fixtures such as ceiling lights and sprinklers. We have put up the drywall and will soon be moving on to interior finishings.

47 New Lots Avenue is the first of our three buildings that are part of the Brownsville Crossing project to begin construction. The foundations are in and the cellar and first floor framing are being installed. The steel moment frame is supporting a bearing wall on the upper floors and allows for an open commercial space at the first floor.

Insulation is being placed on top of the waterproofing and will sit beneath the cellar slab to be poured later.
