Side walks have been poured, scaffolding removed, and brick work is complete.
August 07, 2025:
Exterior construction of 609 Osborn, one of three buildings part of our Brownsville Crossing project, is close to completion.
Interior construction is in process. Metal framing studs have being added to the interior of the walls, while the insulation and ducts are exposed, soon to be covered with drywall.
June 10, 2024:
Shoring and excavation has begun at 609 Osborn, one of three buildings under construction as part of our Brownsville Crossing project.
Remnant walls were discovered below grade that will need to be removed. Foundations can then begin for the new building, hopefully within a month.
