Urban Quotient has been working with Urban Pathways (“UP”) and The Children’s Village (“CV”) to design a multi-use residential building in Mott Haven Bronx. Both of these organizations share the same mission of providing housing and assistance to vulnerable New Yorkers. This project will include 115 units including 76 supportive housing units for families living with special needs and young adults transitioning out of foster care. There is a mix of common spaces including a large community space on the ground floor stacked on top of a teaching kitchen and cafe below grade connected by an open staircase.
