UQ was engaged by Community Access to design a new mixed-use supportive housing building in the Concourse section of the Bronx, a few blocks north of Yankee Stadium. The project site is within the recently rezoned Jerome Special Purpose District and will be over 200,000 square feet and will include about 250 apartment units with ground floor commercial and a cellar parking garage.
The project is the culmination of a long-term study of development opportunities in the area in which we have worked closely with our clients since 2015.
