UQ has been working on a moderate rehab of five affordable multi-family buildings in Washington Heights. The project includes energy efficient retrofits, interior upgrades, and repair work that will improve the buildings’ physical condition while providing long-term affordability. The Scattered Sites project will be a tenant-in-place rehab, and is scheduled to begin construction next month.
