Urban Quotient was selected to renovate Bailey Farms, a conference retreat center in Westchester County. Currently owned by the Center for Popular Democracy (CPD), the project calls for renovation of existing structures, reorientation of the landscape design, and a new event center on the 17 acre campus. UQ has teamed up with PFGA of White Plains for the multi-phase project which will begin with a master planning study and schematic design this Summer.
